EMPTY ONE SACHET IN 200 ML OF
COLD/HOT WATER OR COFFEE
AND STIR TILL DISSOLVED.

CAN BE ADDED TO SMOOTHIES &
PROTEIN SHAKES - SHAKE WELL.

FOR ONE LITER OF OAT MILK

STIR AND DISSOLVE
FIVE SACHETS (100G) INTO 1L OF WATER
AND RERIGERATE. BEST BEFORE 3 DAYS.
SHAKE BEFORE USE.

STORAGE

Store Just Oats in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
It looks really pretty on your kitchen counter top.
It’s good for 15 months, so you don’t have to worry about
any of it going to waste.

What’s Just Oats?

Just Oats is a single ingredient oat milk and coffee creamer.

Just Oats are procured from all over Europe.

A single box of Just Oats is equivalent to 2L of plant milk tetrapaks. We are able to transport significantly more oat milk. Additionally, Just Oats doesn’t require refrigerating  and unlike standard plant milk does not need to be discarded if it’s not consumed within a few days, thereby reducing waste considerably.

You can use Just Oats as a prework out boost to pump you up with some oaty energy before your sessions.

You can also use Just Oats to restore your glycogen levels after a heavy work out.

You will be benefitting from actual nutrition unlike standard oat milk.

For coffee, a single sachet in 200ml (a mug) does the trick.

As a guide, aim for about 10% Just Oats to total liquid—but it’s flexible. Find what works for you.
